Join Savanna Institute staff and partners for a field day focused on agroforestry practices for conservation, water quality, and profit. This event will cover design and establishment of a mixed fruit and hay alley cropping, a multi-functional riparian buffer, as well as, an innovative silvopasture experiment. We will also cover lessons learned from years of work at the Field Restored Demonstration Farm by the Williams Family and Savanna Institute.

Ecosystem Scientist Nate Lawrence will walk us through current agroforestry and water quality research and SI Technical Service providers will be onsite to help connect farmers and landowners to funding and design assistance.
