Silvopasture & Riparian Buffer Farm Walk at Fields Restored

Join Savanna Institute for a walking tour of the Fields Restored Demonstration Farm. We’ll explore the benefits of incorporating trees into working farmlands to support water quality, carbon sequestration, soil health, and wildlife habitat. There will be plenty of time to ask questions and connect with Agroforestry Technical Service Providers. This tour will feature cattle silvopasture, a multi-functional riparian buffer, specialty crop alley cropping, and a functional windbreak.

Who should attend? Anyone interested including farmers, technical service provider (TSP) clients, landowners, conservation professionals, and the general public.
