Lessons from three years of Alley Cropping

Join Savanna Institute staff and partners for a field day focused on grain and timber alley cropping. This event will cover alley cropping design, establishment, and lessons learned from three years of work at the Memorial 4 H Camp Demonstration Farm. Agroforestry Technical Service providers will be onsite to answer questions and help connect farmers and landowners to funding and design assistance. If you’ve been thinking about how to incorporate trees into your business and conservation planning, this event is for you. Bring your own picnic lunch to keep the conversation going after a morning of learning and connection. Drinks, snacks, and dessert will be provided.
