Homesteading, water catchment and silvopasture with Brambleberry farm

October 9 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Homesteading, water catchment and silvopasture with Brambleberry farm

Brambleberry Farm is a small permaculture-based nursery and market farm focused on fruit, nut and berry plants. Darren will lead us on a tour of this homestead. We will see the family’s strawbale house that they built themselves, learn how they designed the rainwater catchment system to water the plant nursery, talk more about how the nursery is utilized; visit the silvopasture practice and end with a persimmon tasting.

Note: Time zone is Eastern time.
