Elderberry & Elder Flower Field Day

Early July is the perfect time to get outside and smell the elderflowers! Tour Regeneration Acres to learn about elderberry varieties, best management practices and potential market possibilities for this blossoming crop. We’ll end the tour with farm owner, Natasha teaching us how to make an elderflower simple syrup. 5:00-7:00 pm CST.
Regeneration Acres is a specialty berry farm located in Northwest Wisconsin and run by Natasha Simeon and her family. The farm’s focus is on perennial berry crops especially elderberries, producing nursery cuttings and plants as well as berries and berry products. Natasha and family use regenerative agriculture practices to restore the soil health because what is best for the land- and the plants and animals on it- is also what is best for human health.
